Kitchen with gas stove, side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave and waste-disposal, includes cookware and dinnerware.

Master bedroom with queen-size bed, plus 2 guest rooms, one with double bed, one den with double sofa bed, are set on the lower floor of this split-level for comfortable sleeping temperatures all year. Four-piece bathroom with soaker tub. Front load washer & dryer, are conveniently located on this level. All Linens, bed changes and housekeeping is provided.

Covered parking with additional parking for guests. Private, yet close to all amenities with nature waiting outside your front door. Recreation and shopping are close by and there are direct transit links to downtown Vancouver. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Large yard, quiet home. Please review our policies section.

A continental breakfast and refreshments are made available so can relax and enjoy your new home on arrival.

Rates are based on 4 persons, 5 day minimum, extra persons can be accommodated for

$20-40/day.
Maximum accommodation 6.

Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5

A damage deposit of $350 is required on arrival
and will be refunded within 7 days of departure.

House Policies

Refunds:
There is no refund if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in the house or anywhere on the property.

Pets:
No pets, please. No pet facilities provided. For the information of guests with allergies,
we have a pet-free Guest House.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbours.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times

may beflexible upon request.

• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
